As long as she can remember, Amanda has always had a passion for the creativity and artistic aspect of cooking. When she was seventeen, she began independently executing small catered parties and creating custom cakes for family and friends. It wasn’t until she began working at The Hills Market as the Director of Food Services, that she decided she wanted to pursue cooking professionally. In 2012 Amanda joined Cameron Mitchell Premier Events as a Catering Supervisor and rose through the ranks developing as a Bakery Supervisor and later Sous Chef.
