Amanda has always had a passion for the creativity and artistic aspect of cooking. When she was 17, she began executing small, catered events independently and creating custom cakes for family and friends. It wasn’t until she began working in the food service industry that she decided she wanted to pursue a professional career in culinary arts. In 2012, Amanda joined Cameron Mitchell Premier Events (CMPE) and rose through the ranks, becoming a Bakery Supervisor, Sous Chef, and Executive Sous Chef. She is now the Executive Chef. Outside of CMPE, Amanda is obsessed with her extensive crystal collection and cherishes her spirituality. Every morning, she wakes up with clear intentions to inspire and encourage others.
