MINIMUMS

Minimum pricing is derived from, but not limited to: facility rental, food price, beverage price, event staff, service charge, surcharges, and any additional amenities or activity costs. Bookings for The Ivory Room are for the entire space. No other events will be held during reserved hours. Rental times are for up to 6 hours for the evenings (6pm—12am). You may reserve the event space all day during operating hours, up to 7.5 hours.

EVENT STAFF

We are Great People Delivering Genuine Hospitality! Our goal is to handle all the 1,001 details that make each event memorable. From planning to breakdown, our trained servers, bar chefs, coordinators, and award-winning chefs are all committed to your vision. Staffing is assessed based upon event logistics and details.

PARKING OPTIONS*

– Hosted valet: priced per event, based on event logistics.

– Self-park in conveniently attached garage.

SERVICE CHARGE

A 25% service charge is assessed on food and beverage costs. This charge covers use and recovery of house china, flatware, glassware, table linens, guest tables and chairs, banquet/buffet tables, and behind the scenes personnel.

– Cameron Mitchell Premier Events is the exclusive caterer of The Ivory Room, all food and beverage for The Ivory Room must be provided by Cameron Mitchell Premier Events.
– China, glassware, flatware, guest tables and chairs included up to 300 guests.
– House linens are ivory and floor length.
– Specialty china, glassware, flatware, and linens are available for additional costs.

BAR & BEVERAGE PRICING

– There are no bar minimums
– Our bars include a full bar set up
– Our cocktails are handcrafted with fresh ingredients by our bar chefs

The bar experience that you design with our event specialist is completely customizable to match your vision, style, and budget. Bars are based on consumption and subject to State of Ohio and sales tax.
