An overall minimum must be met to reserve The Terrace for your special event. Minimum pricing includes, but is not limited to, venue rental, catering, beverages, event staff, service charges, and additional amenities or services requested.*

VENUE RENTAL
Venue rental pricing includes a wrap-around outdoor patio, 2.5-hour set-up time and 1.5-hour breakdown time, day of coordination, outdoor tables and chairs, ADA-compliant comfort, black Chiavari chairs with black chair pads, black floor-length table linens, black napkins, and optional soft seating furniture.
Rental times are for up to six hours. Additional hours are available at per-hour pricing.

A 25% service charge is assessed on food and beverage costs. Cameron Mitchell Premier Events is the exclusive caterer of The Terrace. Cameron Mitchell Premier Events must provide all food and beverages for The Terrace.
